Roads Scholar Program

To enroll in the Roads Scholar Program, you must register with Minnesota LTAP. You may use the form below, or contact Mindy Carlson, 612-625-1813, mnltap@umn.edu. When you register to attend a Minnesota LTAP training workshop, indicate on the form that you want it to count toward your Roads Scholar Program credits.
