This course is designed to train local agency staff and their consultant representatives on the Mn/DOT utility coordination process and on proper proactive utility coordination practices in general.
Mail or fax your registration or register online no later than one week prior to the program. Preregistration allows us to contact you if the workshop must be postponed due to weather or other factors. A refund of the registration fee, minus a $30 cancellation fee, will be made if written cancellation is received at least five working days before the workshop. Local agencies (municipalities/counties) and their consultants
Frank Peloubet has more than 20 years of experience in sanitary engineering and water-related areas. His background includes 10 years as a wastewater and storm water utility manger, plus experience with the North Dakota environmental regulatory agency. Peloubet has worked on municipal and county drainage projects with a local engineering consulting firm to design culvert installations, and has taught water- and transportation- related courses. He is a graduate of North Dakota State University.
