This one-day conference provides practical information to practitioners and others in pavement design, construction, and maintenance. The emphasis of the conference is new materials and methods that can assist decision-makers in providing the most cost-effective strategies for building, repairing, and maintaining Minnesota roads.
The Minnesota Pavement Conference is sponsored by the Transportation Engineering and Road Research Alliance and hosted by the Center for Transportation Studies.
Co-sponsors of this event are the Minnesota Department of Transportation, Minnesota LTAP, the University of Minnesota Department of Civil Engineering, the City Engineers Association of Minnesota, the Minnesota County Engineers Association, the Minnesota Street Superintendents Association, the American Public Works Association Minnesota Chapter, State Aid for Local Transportation, the Minnesota Local Road Research Board (LRRB), and the Pavement Research Institute.
This event is scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (registration begins at 7:30 a.m.) at the specified location on each of the dates listed below.
Mail or fax your registration or register online no later than one week prior to the program. Preregistration allows us to contact you if the workshop must be postponed due to weather or other factors. A refund of the registration fee, minus a $30 cancellation fee, will be made if written cancellation is received by February 2. No refunds are available after this date. Disability accommodations will be provided upon request.

The early registration fee for the 12th Annual Pavement Conference (postmarked by February 2) is $135. The late registration fee (postmarked after February 2) is $150. Your registration fee includes instruction handout materials, lunch, and refreshment breaks. You are encouraged to register early to take advantage of the lower fee. A refund, minus $30, will be issued if you cancel by February 4. No refunds are available after this date. A full refund will be issued if the University of Minnesota cancels the conference.
