The University of Minnesota (U of M), through contract with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA), is developing a Guidance Document that will outline and explain proper methodology for the assessment of stormwater best management practices (BMPs). It includes a project newsletter.

Minnesota Stormwater Manual

Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, September 2006

A tool to manage stormwater "in a way that conserves, enhances, and restores high-quality water in our lakes, rivers, streams, wetlands, and ground water, ensuring a high quality of life for all Minnesotans." The manual is updated twice a year.

Street Sweeping State of the Practice Reports

Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed District, June 2005

The reports are the information base for the Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed District to advance efforts to improve water quality within its jurisdiction boundaries. In addition, the reports serve as an education tool.

International Stormwater Best Management Practices Database

Features technical documents, software and database developed over the past decade. The overall purpose of the project is to provide scientifically sound information to improve the design, selection and performance of BMPs.
