Construction Contract Claims Avoidance and Mitigation

This one-day workshop provides information and instruction on practical, day-to-day methods to assist the project engineer or project inspector with avoiding claims whenever possible, and planning for and dealing with any claims that may occur. This workshop also discusses the causes of construction contract disputes and how to select the best alternative to resolve them.

A cooperative learning process will be emphasized where participants will work and learn in groups using real contract-dispute cases.
