About the Event 

Please join us for an engaging discussion with three gravel road experts who will share their knowledge and experience with the importance of properly designing and maintaining a gravel road for effective drainage. The webinar is designed for supervisory personnel, operators, and anyone responsible for managing a gravel road system. Topics will focus on properly graded roads for effective drainage. Do you know what to look for to determine if your roads have been properly graded?

The panel of experts will include:

Speakers

Rick West is a registered engineer and has more than 25 years experience in rural county highway department operations and management. He serves as county engineer for Otter Tail County, Minnesota.

John Okeson has more than 40 years experience in operations, supervision, and management for a rural county highway department. He has served 20 years as a township supervisor and retired from Becker County Highway as superintendent after 42 years. 

Corey Uhrich is a heavy equipment operations and maintenance instructor at Central Lakes College and a superintendent, equipment operator, and site safety inspector with Strata Corporation. He has 18 years of experience working with heavy equipment, including ten years of experience managing maintenance, operations, and operator training for heavy construction crews.
