New FHWA online courses on MnLTAP site

You can now access three sets of free FHWA online courses designed for a variety of positions in local and tribal agencies:

• Gravel roads: construction and maintenance, condition assessment, and effective management
• Maintenance issues: bridges, elevation and grade instruments, erosion control devices, and pipe installation
• Technical topics: soil and foundations, targeted overlay pavement solutions, and asphalt materials/pavement mixtures
